QCT Management is founded by Lars Christensen, a Danish entrepreneur with more than 30 years’ experience within the Danish and Spanish construction industry.
We provide a global Project Management service to real estate development businesses, starting from the beginning with the initial research (sourcing plots, urbanistic and economic viability studies) right through to delivering the final objective to the client. After a successful sale, QCT will manage the entire post-sale process, deal with any clients’ claims during the warranty period.

All projects undertaken by our external partners, such as retaining walls, excavation, foundations, structures, electrical, lighting or plumbing projects are reviewed by QCT. We provide a second opinion to ascertain if there is an alternative solution that could result in time or cost savings that will benefit the project.

LARS CHRISTENSEN
Lars is a Danish entrepreneur with more than 30 years’ experience within the Danish and Spanish construction industry.
He has a strong background in Danish construction and have worked with clients who live in colder climates and spend a great deal of time in their homes, and therefore demand much higher standards of quality and functionality. This extensive experience and knowledge have been applied to the development and management of our Spanish properties.

ALAN RIDINGS
Alan Ridings has professional experience in Construction of over 40 years in a variety of projects & positions including the renovation & new build of residential villas and apartments, commercial, leisure, offices, sports facilities, hotels and tower construction.
He has worked across all contract types with a strong knowledge of all, his experience across varied roles, project types and geographical locations make him an experienced professional with excellent knowledge of client and project requirements.
He has extensive experience of the Spanish construction market having worked for the project and construction specialists Bovis Lend Lease based in Madrid for over 20 yrs.
Selected professional experience
Bovis Lend Lease
Started with Bovis in 1993 and following positions from construction to project manager in 2004 progressed to Project Director on multiple projects on large multi-sites in Iberia & Southern Europe. In 2009 moved to an Operations Manager & Head of Health & Safety Southern Europe with involvement in various projects across the region.
In 2011 to 2017 took up the role of Operations Manager Europe, Middle East and Eastern Europe based in Madrid with focus on company operational quality and procedures to ensure project key targets of safety, quality, cost, and programme were understood and prioritized during delivery.
Various
in 2017, approached by the American multinational construction company Aecom Tishman and appointed Project Director for the North of the UK, later merging these duties with the south of England.
In 2019, following a decision to move close to family, took up the CEO role for a Development and Construction company in Gibraltar, Koala Holdings / Koala Construction. Led the company during a restructure to focus the company on its own developments successfully managing the completion of 3 residential projects with a combined value of over £60m.and 350 dwellings, Spa, commercial areas etc.
April 2023 moved to QCT management Malaga to lead the project development and construction department, assisting the present teams in all aspects

RAFAEL VAZQUEZ
Rafael has a Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Portsmouth (UK), Executive MBA from the financial school of Seville (San Telmo Business School) and a Master‘s Degree in Financial Management and Control.
Malaga born and bred, he has over 20 years of experience in financial environments and has worked for national and international concerns, across different sectors of industry including construction, retail, manufacturing, logistics and distribution.

MARTEIN PLATENKAMPH
Experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry internationally. Strong problem-solving skills, program & logistical management and delivering projects to the highest standards and to client satisfaction.
Started as a planner/production manager and worked my way up to Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering complex and large-scale projects ranging from luxury villas to 20 floor apartment blocks.

Currently studying for a Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Málaga, she broadened her academic experience through an Erasmus program at Brno University of Technology.
Passionate about learning and professional growth, she is eager to continue developing her skills and gaining experience in the business world.

FRAN CASTRO
Fran is an experienced Technical Architect (Quality and Quantity Surveyor) and he also hold a Master’s Degree in Interior Design and Project Management from Seville University.
He has perfected his skills over 20 years and now has extensive experience as a Quality Surveyor and a Quantity Surveyor with expertise in measurements and construction costs. He has played major roles in the development of multiple large international projects with high profile company.
JOSE MONTES
Jose is an Industrial Technical Engineer and master in building installations, he also owns the engineering firm Montestudio and is passionate about the design of building installation. He is also an MEP and Energy Consultant.
He has designed more than 50 luxury villas and over 500 homes and has participated in the design and renovation of international brands such as Starwood Hotels, Intercontinental, Piere et Vacances, Club Med. Iberostar and many public developments. He is currently involved in urban development for more than 3,500 homes.
JON ROTETA (INAK INGENIARITZA)
Founded in 2006, Inak Ingeniaritza specialises in design, calculation and optimisation. Over the last 15 years, we have built over 500 development international and domestic projects including residential, social and cultural buildings, sports facilities and carparks.
We work with developers, construction companies, architects, engineering firms and public administration services for structural engineering, containments, foundations, construction assistance, guidance and restorations. Our reputation for reliability and quality, has garnered trust within the sector, allowing the company to grow and take on increasing bigger more complex projects.
A. VICTORIA LOBO
I’m an Architect specialized in Interior Design, graduated from the University of Granada. I’ve solidified my career in Florence, Italy , designing and renovating classic Architecture, most of them Luxury Resorts, Winery and Villas.
What separates me from the rest is the ability of pouring my soul into each project, with the perfect balance between Interior Design and Architecture.
I returned to Spain 2 years ago, to joined Ana Arrebola to create Any Architects, a multipotential studio that integrates the wide cultural and professional backgrounds of its team to deliver a unique meaning to both Architecture and Design to create experiences more than building.
LASSE BØGH
After starting a Internet cafe in 1997 with big succes, Lasse finishing a Datanom degree in Denmark in 2001, and moved on to have the responsibility of more than 1000 supermarkeds and gas stations computer and cashregistre systems.
Lasse have also been working as a teacher giving MS office courses for companies, and has a very wide range of knowledge with both software and hardware.
JOSÉ IGNACIO ANDRADE
With a degree in Economics from the University of Málaga, José Ignacio has always been interested in financial analysis and management, staying updated on the real estate sector.
He has experience in a large construction company and working as Administration Manager in a developer company, he wants to continue growing to become an expert in the Real Estate environment.

ANA ARREBOLA
I am an architect and Interior Designer graduated in architecture at University of Granada. I have an extensive experience in luxury retail and villas after being working on the best studios in London and Marbella. My passion lies in dissecting and crafting creative strategies for clients’ briefs and translating them to articulated built form
In 2017 I founded ANY architects in London and later extend the dream to Marbella together with Victoria Lobo and a multipotential studio that integrates the wide cultural and professional backgrounds of its team to deliver a unique meaning to both Architecture and Design to create experiences more than building.
NANCY M. ROA
Nancy Myrian Roa has a double degree in Business Administration and Accounting & Finance from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. With over 30 years of professional experience, she has excelled in organizational and administrative roles across various sectors, including hospitality, construction, and real estate, among others.
Originally from Argentina, Nancy has held key positions in both national and international companies, where she has demonstrated her exceptional leadership skills and ability to optimize processes. Her extensive background equips her with a deep understanding of client and project requirements.
Currently based in Spain, she is eager to embrace new challenges and contribute her strategic expertise to drive organizational success.

Business plan: This starts with researching and selection the plot or area. Only prime locations will be considered.
Case analysis: Technical, economic and urbanistic viability based on the relevant data, price and square metres.
Investor collaboration: Negotiation of purchase contracts, financing alternatives and legal services are provided by PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited (PwC).
Pre-construction phase: This begins with the selection of the design team and engineers, followed by the project development and then an audit to make it more functional, energy efficiency and economically profitable.
