Calle Bach is Now Under Construction
Construction has officially started at Calle Bach, located in Sierra Blanca, one of Marbella’s most exclusive residential areas.
Site preparation and groundworks are now underway, marking the transition from planning to execution.
Construction progress – Alcalá 70
Construction at Alcalá 70 is progressing well. Structure, foundations and excavation are 100% complete. Façade finishes are nearly done, with waterproofing at 98% and tiling render at 90%. Interior plastering is almost complete, and windows are currently in production. Key installations (plumbing, AC and electrical) are 70% finished. Kitchens and bathrooms are set to be installed soon. Interior design elements are in fabrication and the lower garden wall is already in place. Furniture installation will begin soon.
