Construction progress – Alcalá 70
Construction at Alcalá 70 is progressing well. Structure, foundations and excavation are 100% complete. Façade finishes are nearly done, with waterproofing at 98% and tiling render at 90%. Interior plastering is almost complete, and windows are currently in production. Key installations (plumbing, AC and electrical) are 70% finished. Kitchens and bathrooms are set to be installed soon. Interior design elements are in fabrication and the lower garden wall is already in place. Furniture installation will begin soon.

Villa C at Gate 3 has entered its final stage.
Construction progress – Hills 14
The construction works at Hills 14 are progressing as planned. Piling and anchor installations have been successfully completed within the agreed timelines. Excavation is now finished, with the site reduced to foundation level.
The foundations have now started with the heads of the piles prepared for connection to the foundation.
