The construction of the villa at Alcalá 70 is progressing in line with the revised schedule:
- Structure and foundations: 100% completed
- Facades: brickwork and waterproofing at 95%
- Technical installations: water, drainage, and electrical systems at 95%
- Interior finishes: plasterboard partitions at 98%, ceiling installations to follow
- External joinery: window installation at 20%
- Landscaping: initial works completed in the lower garden
